Sattva Lago is an ultra-luxury residential apartment project by Sattva Group in Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad. The project forms the second phase of the Sattva LakeRidge development and sits in one of West Hyderabad’s prominent luxury residential corridors.
Sattva Lago spans 10 acres along Kokapet SEZ Main Road. Sattva Group has planned the project as a high-rise residential community with five towers arranged around a central landscaped spine. Each tower includes two basements, four podiums, one stilt and 53 floors.
The five towers are named Aqua, Bayon, Corra, Deven and Ebb. Towers Aqua, Bayon, Deven and Ebb offer 3 BHK and 3.5 BHK residences. Tower Corra offers only 4 BHK apartments. The first four towers have six homes on each floor, while Tower Corra has four homes per floor, giving it a more limited unit mix.
Apartment sizes range from 3,088 sq. ft. to 4,976 sq. ft. in super built-up area. Several layouts include large balconies and decks. Tower Corra features the largest homes in the project, with 4 BHK residences measuring approximately 4,936 sq. ft. to 4,976 sq. ft.
